·Special infrared radiation heating tube is adopted, which has high temperature and radiation interaction, short vulcanization time and high thermal efficiency. There are 9 heating tubes in the front baking channel, which are controlled in two groups. There are 24 heating pipes in the after-baking channel, which are divided into two groups of 16 and 8, which can be controlled according to the choice of strong or weak gear, flexible operation, economic and energy saving
·With the combination of temperature control instrument and thermocouple, the process temperature can be arbitrarily set and adjusted according to the need, and the operation is simple and fast
·When the drying channel reaches the set process temperature, it will automatically change to constant temperature control, and at this time, a set of heaters will be automatically turned off to save energy
·Stainless steel (Teflon) conveyor belts with gravity tension rollers ensure that the conveyor belt is always in a constant state of transmission during production
·Vulcanized baking channel is covered with stainless steel plate, clean and beautiful, without any pollution to the products
